Three Ingredient Banana Pancakes

Welcome my super speedy, three-ingredient Banana Pancakes – they’re a real crowd pleaser!

Made up of oats, bananas and milk, this recipe is super quick to put together and you can adapt it in any way you’d like. You can make them chocolatey with a spoonful of cacao powder, or throw in a few blueberries with some lemon zest for something fresh. Fellow nut butter lovers may also enjoy blending their favourite kind of butter in the mixture for something seriously tasty.

Whatever you decide, adding some yoghurt, fruit and honey makes it a real treat! Enjoy in the sunshine with friends for extra happiness 🌞

gluten free pancakes

Serves 2-3

Ingredients:

- 2 bananas (large)
- 1 cup oats 
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy alternative or milk of choice) 
- Coconut oil (optional)
- cinnamon, salt, honey, fresh fruit (optional)

Method: 

1. Blend the oats until they're ground like a coarse flour.
2. Peel and mash the bananas.
3. Add the banana mix to the oats along with the milk, mix all together until it resembles a pancake mix!
4. Heat up the frying pan with some oil (I used coconut), spoon the mix into pancakes and cook for 3 minutes each side until golden.
5. Serve add your toppings, enjoy!
